Refund Policy

Retreats

All retreat registrations require a deposit to secure your spot. By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

Deposits

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, family emergencies, weather conditions, travel issues, visa issues, or changes in financial situation.

  • Deposits cannot be applied to future retreats, events, or services.

Remaining Balance

  • Any remaining balance payments made toward the retreat are also non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Failure to attend the retreat, arrive late, or leave early does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Transfers & Substitutions

  • Retreat registrations and deposits may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will be refunded only the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise stated.

  • The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, or travel-related costs.

By submitting your deposit and/or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
